    • Opened Electronics (e.g., headphones, laptops, smartphones after unsealing)
    • Subscription Services (after use or activation)

    • Opened Household Consumables (e.g., cleaning supplies, detergents, batteries)
    • Seasonal or Holiday Items (after the season/holiday has passed, e.g., Christmas decorations)
    • Intimate Apparel (e.g., swimsuits, shapewear)
    • Custom-Made Furniture
    • Live Plants
    • Opened Bedding Items (e.g., pillows, mattresses, sheets)
    • Items marked as "final sale" or "non-returnable" on the product page
  • Damaged or Defective Items: If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at support@orivior.com with details and photos of the issue. We will arrange for a replacement or refund at no additional cost.

2. Return Process

  • Contact Us: To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team at support@orivior.com with your order details and reason for return. We will provide instructions on how to proceed with the return.

  • Return Shipping: You will be responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning your item unless the return is due to our error (e.g., defective or incorrect item). Shipping costs are non-refundable.

  • Packaging: Please ensure that the returned item is properly packaged to avoid any damage during transit. Items that are not returned in their original condition may not be eligible for a full refund.

3. Refunds

  • Refund Eligibility: Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original payment method within 7 business days.

  • Partial Refunds: In some cases, only partial refunds are granted (if applicable), such as:

    • Items that are not in their original condition or are damaged due to the customer’s handling.
    • Items returned after the 3 days return window.

4. Late or Missing Refunds

  • If you haven’t received a refund after the specified time frame, please:
    • Check your bank account again.
    • Contact your credit card company; it may take some time before the refund is officially posted.
    • Contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

5. Exchanges

If you need to exchange an item for a different size or color, or if you received a defective product, please contact us at support@orivior.com to arrange for an exchange. Exchanges are subject to product availability.

6. Cancellations

  • Order Cancellations: If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible. Orders can only be canceled before they have been processed and shipped. Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled, and you will need to follow the return process.

  • Refunds for Cancellations: If your order is successfully canceled, we will process a full refund to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
