No Fees for Eligible Cancellations: If your order is canceled before it has been processed and shipped, there will be no cancellation fees, and you will receive a full refund.
Cancellation After Processing: If your order has already been processed but not yet shipped, we may be able to cancel it, but certain fees (such as handling or processing fees) may apply. These fees will be deducted from your refund.
Full Refund: If your cancellation is approved before shipping, we will process a full refund to your original payment method within 7 business days.
Partial Refund: If your order has already been processed and a partial refund is applicable, the refund will reflect any deducted fees.
